Dr. Moreland provides person-centered culturally responsive counseling utilizing eclectic counseling techniques and theoretical orientations with children, adolescents, and adults. She is currently working towards a Trauma- Focused: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy certification. Dr. Moreland guides her clients to new levels of awareness, increases self-confidence and improved quality of life. She believes in assessing the whole client and leads with a strength-based approach.
